Herk and Jill

Herk and Jill were such a fun and laid back couple enjoying every minute of their day with no worries just love for each other and their families and friends that shared the day with them. I loved how they took the little moments to hold each others hands and the looks they exchanged throughout the day that showed the how much they love each other!

Venue: Rhapsody
Catering: Blue Plate

This was so sweet, Jill couldn't help but give Herk a hug after hearing his vows. Herk equally moved! The snort! haha

Molly Grace Shoots Sherri and Michael's Wedding

I adored this couple, I loved their sweetness to each other and their thoughtfulness in planning a wedding that reflected them, their style and the fun they have as a couple. I knew this wedding would be hilariously fun after I did their e-session back in smoking hot July when the three of us sweat it out on Chicago's Navy Pier and they were being all silly. However shooting the wedding increased my knowledge of their story, as individuals, as a couple, and so therefore my images got the whole spectrum of emotion, I noticed they got deeper and sweeter and more real like the moment below when Sherri wiped her tear, and yet continued to show their elation for the day's arrival, and their all out silliness. What a fun day! I loved this bridal party too, they rocked and were awesome even though it was a tad bit chilly outside.

Church: Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church
Venue The Odyssey Country Club
Cake: Fleckenstien's Bakery
Flowers: Bella Flori Flower Shop
DJ: Max Davis of Style Matters DJs, Inc.

I loved this weddings thoughtful details!
Sherri made these for everyone in her bridal party.
Love this moment

Nicole and Bobby

Nicole and Bobby were married last Sat at the beautiful Ivy Room. I am so glad that they stayed true with their vision for the wedding and kept it outside in the courtyard. It was gorgeous and although the temp was a little colder than they would have preferred, I honestly don't think it even mattered. I know I didn't even notice because I was so excited to see it all go so great...now the bridesmaid's might have a different story to tell! haha In any case, I only saw smiles and tears and have no doubts it all went perfectly!

Big thanks to:
Event planner: So Stacy
Venue: Ivy Room
Design: Ronsley
Band: The Dan Hayes Band
Catering: Blue Plate Catering

I love looks like this, priceless! Now that is an entrance, hilarious! I love this look on Nicole's face, it seemed so her. I would be terrified and she still looks so sweet! More coming soon on facebook!

Carrie and Ben

Carrie and Ben were married this weekend at the Ravenswood Billboard Factory, a really modern and unique venue. Although the rain kept us from doing some pictures outside, Carrie liked that it was raining and I was glad to see her embrace the romance of a little rain :) I tried to incorporate that detail in her photos (more on facebook).

Flowers: Asrai Garden
Venue: Ravenswood Billboard Factory
Antique bottles for centerpieces: Penn Dutchman
Cake stands, toppers, place cards and vinyl frames all from Ebay! I love that she incorporated these vintage and antique items!
Cakes: Bittersweet (this was a special treat as Carrie and her dad would get sweets from here when she was growing up)
Band: Mabin Millennium Music

I don't think there is any way that glass wasn't going to break!
